Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Heart Base SMP Minecraft server, this website, and related community spaces. By connecting to the server or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

You must meet the age and account requirements of Minecraft and any platform you use to access the community. You are responsible for activity that happens through your Minecraft account, and for keeping it secure.

Heart Base SMP is a hardcore claim-and-raid server. Raiding, stealing, tracking, and losing your base are part of the intended experience. Building a claim, feeding your Heart, and defending your ground are how you stay alive — there is no expectation that your base or items are permanently safe.

Worlds may be wiped, reset, rolled back, or rebalanced at any time. Progress and items are not guaranteed to persist.

You may not use cheats, hacked clients, exploits, duplication bugs, unauthorized mods that grant an unfair advantage, or any tool that disrupts the server. Real-world harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, and illegal content are prohibited.

Staff may remove, restrict, or ban any player at their discretion to protect the server and its community. In-game griefing and raiding within the rules are not violations.

Any donations or purchases that may be offered are voluntary and support server operation. Unless required by law, they are non-refundable, do not guarantee continued service, and may not be used to demand special treatment.

The server and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or freedom from bugs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heart Base SMP and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the server or site, including lost progress or items.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these terms or harms the community.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions can be sent through our Discord community.
