This Privacy Policy explains what information Heart Base SMP ("we", "us") collects when you play on the Minecraft server or visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By joining the server or using the site, you agree to this policy.

When you connect to the server we process your Minecraft username and account UUID, your IP address, and in-game activity such as builds, claims, chat messages, commands, transactions, and moderation events. This is the data needed to run the world and keep it fair.

If you join our Discord, that platform handles your account information under its own privacy policy; we see the profile details you choose to share there. If you contact us directly, we keep what you send so we can respond.

The website itself collects minimal technical data (such as basic request logs) needed to serve pages securely.

We use this information to operate and maintain the server, run gameplay systems, moderate the community, prevent cheating and abuse, diagnose problems, and communicate with you about the server.

We do not sell your information.

Logging in relies on Mojang / Microsoft authentication, which is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We use Discord for community communication and trusted infrastructure providers to host the server and this site. These providers only receive what they need to deliver their service.

We keep gameplay and moderation data for as long as it is useful for running the server and enforcing the rules, and longer where needed to address abuse or to comply with the law. Server worlds may be reset or wiped at any time as part of normal operation.

You can stop sharing in-game data at any time by no longer connecting to the server. To ask what we hold about your account, or to request deletion where applicable, reach out through our Discord. We may need to keep certain records tied to bans or abuse.

Use of Minecraft and Discord is subject to each platform's own age requirements. The server is intended for players who meet those requirements. If you believe a child has provided us information improperly, contact us and we will address it.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date below reflects the latest version. Questions about privacy can be sent through our Discord community.
